I want to get it to do 3 wide by default instead of 1 column wide but don't know how to make that happen. However after installing 1903 the start menu now is only one column like this unusable junk, employee's can stretch it back to any size but after logout/login it resets back to 1 column.

To move your personal files from your old account to your new account, try opening File Explorer, expanding This PC > OSDisk (C:), and looking in the Users folder, where you should see folders for both accounts. You can then copy and paste your files from the old account folder to similar locations in the new account folder.
